About this Position

We’re looking for a highly-organized, motivated marketing professional to run digital marketing campaigns and events. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring the performance of campaigns and events to achieve or exceed the set objectives for awareness, lead generation, and sourced pipeline creation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product to track progress and ensure that all deadlines are met and goals achieved. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You should be a self-starter capable of working independently with little supervision and as part of a small and growing marketing team.

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the U.S.  Salary Range: $100K - $120K

Your Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the creation, execution, monitoring, and measurement of  integrated marketing campaigns and events.
  • Organize virtual and field events, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Work in Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and other applications to develop and deliver campaigns

Success in this Role will be Measured By:

Achievement of milestones to plan, in the context of the broader marketing plan

  • Crucial KPIs to influence and drive will include:
  • KPI 1: Marketing pipeline
  • KPI 2: MQLs

Role Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or similar university level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with a proven track record in managing successful B2B campaigns and events, preferably in Technology
  • Proven ability to project manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion
  • Knowledge of B2B campaign, event, and marketing best practices
  • Proven experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Experience with Marketo marketing automation software
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana (preferred), Trello and others
  • Experience working as part of B2B marketing team
  • Experience with running small and medium size live and digital events such as participating in conferences, tradeshows, small private events, and other sales-focused events.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Extremely strong project management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable eye for detail
