First Base and Patron Capital, the pan-European institutional investor focused on property backed investments have exchanged contracts to purchase the two acre former Amex House site on Edward Street, Brighton.
First Base and Patron Capital are proposing a vibrant new mixed-use development which will help to revive this area of Brighton.
During Autumn 2017, First Base will undertake a detailed stakeholder engagement programme meeting local residents, businesses, the Council and interested parties to develop a scheme that responds to local need and ambition. It is expected that a planning application will ne submitted for approval in late 2017/early 2018.
